TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All packages must be received at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Package weights are measured in tenths of pounds; those above four-tenths of a pound will be rounded up to the next weight category. Large boxes will go over on the first available flight.
Seaborne Airlines will not be held responsible for loss or damage of shipment due to weather, mechanical reasons, or reasons beyond Seaborne Airlines control. Shipments affected by flight cancellations due to weather or mechanical reasons will be sent on the next applicable departure.
The sender is responsible for adequately packing freight. Seaborne Airlines will not be held responsible for loss or damage of freight due to insufficient packing, securing, marking, or addressing.
Seaborne Airlines liability on any shipment is limited to $100. In the event of damage or loss of shipment, the sender must report all claims verbally and in writing at the time of pick up.
Seaborne Airlines reserves the right to reject shipment of freight that will likely cause personal injury, violation of Hazardous Materials Regulations, damage to other freight, or equipment. C.O.D. service is not available.
