Seaborne requires customers who appear 18 years or older to provide a state or federal government issued ID at check-in. Standard check-in time is at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Check-in cutoff time is 20 minutes prior — and customers must be in the boarding area then. All customers must be present in the boarding area at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure even if they have already checked-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of a customer's reservation for all segments in his/her itinerary and make the customer ineligible for denied boarding compensation.

Allowance for each ticketed passenger is 30lbs. Baggage in excess of 30lbs will incur an additional charge of $1.00 per lb and be transported on a space available basis.

No Carry on Bag Policy - Only exceptions are food, cameras (with no case), reading material, wallets, and small baby bags which must be searched by flight crew - total weight must not exceed 5 lbs.

Firearms
Federal regulations permit the transportation of firearms as checked baggage only. Firearms must be unloaded, in an approved case, and declared in writing at the time of check-in. Armed officers are required to declare that they are authorized to carry such weapons and are on official business and are therefore exempt from the portion of FAR Part 108 that prohibits the carrying of deadly or dangerous weapons aboard aircraft. These individuals must fill out a Declaration of Armed Individuals form provided by Seaborne.

Hazardous Materials
Seaborne is not allowed to carry hazardous materials such as spray paint, paint thinner, 140 and over plus proof spirits, pesticides, lye, and any item that contains compressed gases or flammable fuels and/or oils - even if drained.

Unaccompanied Minors
An unaccompanied minor (UM) is a child between the ages of 2 and 12 who is not traveling with an adult. Written reference of persons (adults) dropping off and meeting the minor are required. UM's must have an adult waiting at their destination at least one hour prior to the arrival of the UM's flight.
