its negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental action,
terrorism, weather, bomb threats, mechanical difficulties not caused by
negligence, strikes or labor disputes, civil commotion, or hazards or dangers
incidental to state of war. Seaborne will not be liable for meals, lodging or
incidental expenses for passengers effected by flight cancellations or
delay. Seaborne will be happy to coordinate rescheduling of the tour if a tour is cancelled due to weather or mechanical reasons.
