Fares and Luggage Allowance (Effective Feb.1 2013)

Carry On

  • One bag to be checked plane side, up to 30 lbs,  allowed that fits into 22 x 14 x 9 in (55.88 x 35.5 x 22.86cm) sizing unit (regular roller bag)
  • One personal item not to exceed 9 x 14 x 14 in (22.86 x 35.56 x 35.56 cm) Item may be brought on board the Saab 340B, must be checked on the Twin Otter DHC-6-300

Checked Luggage Most Fares

  • Any bag that does not fit into 22 x 14 x 9in sizer must be checked
  • Any bag above 50lbs must be checked
  • No bags allowed above 70lbs
  • 1st Bag $25, 2nd Bag $35, 3rd Bag $75

Checked Luggage For Y (Unrestricted) O (Restricted), & B (Corporate)

  • Any bag that does not fit into 22 x 14 x 9in sizer must be checked
  • Any bag above 50lbs must be checked
  • No bags allowed above 70lbs
  • 1st Bag FREE, 2nd Bag $35, 3rd Bag $75

Pets

  • Checked and Cabin pets $100
  • Must be in approved kennels/carriers with appropriate paperwork
  • Pets may not travel in the cabin except on the Saab340B aircraft (provided they fit undersea dimensions) Pet must be checked in a hard-sided kennel on the Twin Otter DKC-6-300 aircraft

Checked Luggage Requirements for flights to/from Dominica,Fort-De-France-Martinique, Point-A-Pitre-Guadeloupe

  • Two checked bags allowed (charges based on fares indicated above)
  • Bags cannot exceed overall dimensions of 62 inches and 50lbs
  • Additional luggage and bags that exceed the overall size or weight dimensions will not be accepted

Booking Fees

All reservations with the exception of corporate accounts that are booked with our reservations or counter staff will be charged a non-refundable booking fee of $8.00 per passenger and per booking.

No Show – No Call

All passengers holding a confirmed reservation on Seaborne Airlines is required to call and cancel their reservations 2 hours prior to departure to avoid a no-show penalty. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the one way and the remaining credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. This fee may vary according to your destination

Change Fees

All reservations with the exception of corporate accounts will be charged a $25.00 change fee per passenger per change.

Bookings

  • ALL fares must be PAID IN FULL at time of booking

Rebooking Fees

All reservations canceled in advance of the travel date will have a credit valid for 1 year from the purchase date. For the first 6 months the rebooking fee will be $25.00. The remaining 6 months will be a rebooking fee of $50.00. The ticket will be null and void once the year has expired.

Refund Service Fee

This fee only applies to our Refundable “Y” fare. Failure to cancel your reservations prior to the departure of your flight will result in a $25.00 service fee against your refundable ticket. The remaining credit will be held for 1 year from the date of purchase or refunded back to the original form of payment at the request of the passenger.

SeaMiles Service Fees

All SeaMiles bookings done with 14 days will be accessed a late booking service fee of $25.00 for a one way redemption or $50.00 for a round trip redemption. A no-show SeaMiles reservation will forfeit the total miles used to redeem their ticket. To rebook cancelled SeaMiles reservations will be a service fee of $25.00.
