Fare Guide
Y – Refundable Fare, No Change Fee, 40 lbs luggage, must purchase
O – FLEX FARE, No Change Fee, 40 lbs luggage
B – CORPORATE, No Change Fee, 40 lbs luggage , prepaid
R – REGULAR FARE, 30 lbs luggage
W – DISCOUNT FARE, 30 lbs luggage
M – EARLY BIRD FARE, 30 lbs luggage
Booking Fees
Beginning June 1, 2010: A reservation service fee of $5 per booking shall be charged for all reservations made over the telephone or at the counter. Guests who are members of Seaborne’s Corporate ticket program are exempt.
Bookings
ALL fares except B must be PAID IN FULL at time of booking (no credit card holds) and pay a change fee of $10 plus change in fare.
- Lead/Supervisor/Manager may offer 6 hour courtesy hold on any fare and is responsible for cancellation in case of no payment.
- B fare bookings are not allowed without electronic coupon numbers inserted into the PNR

Refundable Y Fare
Ticket may be refunded in case of travel cancellation. Ticket MUST be canceled prior to departure to qualify for refund. Refunds will incur a $25 service fee. Tickets not canceled prior to travel for any reason are not refundable but may be utilized for travel, less the deduction of the applicable one-way O fare plus a $25 service fee 6 months from the date of purchase.

Luggage Guidelines
NO single bag to exceed 70lbs
General Fares
1) Up to 30 lbs gratis
2) 31 to 50 lbs 75 cents per lb
3) 51 to 100 lbs plus $1.00 per lb
4) 101 lbs plus $1.50 per lb
Y, O, B Fares
1) Up to 40 lbs gratis
2) 41-100 lbs 1.00 cents per lb
3) 101 lbs plus $1.50 per lb
No Carry on Bag Policy – Only exceptions are food, cameras (with no case), reading material, wallets, and small baby bags which must be searched by flight crew – total weight must not exceed 5 lbs.
No Show – No Call
Y fare – Ticket no longer refundable. Trip canceled, credit deducted one-way O fare and $25 service fee, balance good for 6 months from date of purchase
B fare – Coupon invalid or value deducted from next order allotment and return booking canceled
O fare-
- Full one way O fare is deducted from paid balance
- Balance good for 6 months from date of purchase less $25 reissue fee plus any difference in fare
Other fares – full one way O fare deducted from paid balance. Return segment cancelled. Balance valid for must be rebooked within 30 days and utilized for up to 6 months after the original travel date less $25 reissue fee plus any difference in fare.
Call to cancel/change must transpire 2 hours prior or re-issue fee applies
Group Rates
You may qualify for a group discount if traveling with 8 or more persons. During business hours, please contact Joan London at ext. 31.
