Instructions on how to update your SeaMiles Account

Welcome to Seaborne Airlines SeaMiles program. As valued customers, Seaborne offers frequent flyers more than just a great flight.

Your miles are redeemable for travel certificates wherever Seaborne Airlines flies.

  • 14 days advanced notice required on reward redemptions
  • Redemption requests submitted with less than 14 days advance notice will be subjected to a $50.00 service fee
  • Black out dates apply

SeaMiles are earned each time your member number is entered into a new reservation.

  • Only full fare and corporate fares qualify for mile accumulation
  • SeaSaver fares do not qualify for mileage accumulation
  • Remember to give your SeaMiles member number to your Reservation Agent each time you make a new reservation

SeaMiles For Seaborne Destinations

  • Each Round Trip between St. Thomas and St. Croix on the Seaplane………………………….80 miles
  • Each Round Trip between St. Thomas and St. Croix on the Airshuttle…………………………72 miles
  • Each Round Trip between Puerto Rico and St. Croix/St. Thomas………………………………130 miles

 

  • To redeem miles for Round Trip flight between St. Croix and St. Thomas……………2,000 mi
  • To redeem miles for Round Trip flight between St. Croix/St. Thomas and San Juan….3,000 mi

SeaMiles Service Fees

All SeaMiles bookings done with 14 days will be accessed a late booking service fee of $25.00 for a one way redemption or $50.00 for a round trip redemption. A no-show SeaMiles reservation will forfeit the total miles used to redeem their ticket. To rebook cancelled SeaMiles reservations will be a service fee of $25.00.

  • Thanksgiving—November 27-December 2
  • Christmas/Festival—December 23-January 8
