Our Concierge Desk is available at our Main Office, as well as, St. Thomas (STT) St. Croix (STX) airports and San Juan (SJU). Our private lounge is now open for our Corporate, Group and Smartpak guests to enjoy in San Juan.

The Concierge Desk Main Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm .Airport hours are 7am to 12pm Monday through Friday.
