Set up a Corporate FastPak Account

Hours: 8am to 5pm. Last flight is at 4pm. daily.

Pick Up Times:

Anything shipped after:

  • 8am can be picked up at 11:30am
  • 12pm can be picked up at 3pm
  • 3pm can be picked up at 5:00pm

Terms and Conditions

Picking Up or Sending a Package?

Please remember all packages must have the following:

  • Name of person picking up package MUST be on invoice/package
  • Person picking up package MUST have an ID with PICTURE & ID number

All packages must be received at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Package weights are measured in tenths of pounds; those above four-tenths of a pound will be rounded up to the next weight category. Large boxes will go over on the first available flight.

Seaborne Airlines will not be held responsible for loss or damage of shipment due to weather, mechanical reasons, or reasons beyond Seaborne Airlines’ control. Shipments affected by flight cancellations due to weather or mechanical reasons will be sent on the next applicable departure.

The sender is responsible for adequately packing freight. Seaborne Airlines will not be held responsible for loss or damage of freight due to insufficient packing, securing, marking, or addressing. Accurate phone numbers are required for both sender and recipient along with proper identification.

Seaborne Airlines liability on any shipment is limited to $100. In the event of damage or loss of shipment, the sender must report all claims verbally and in writing at the time of pick up.

Storage Fees Apply:

Items left after the following lengths of time a storage fee will be charged.

2 weeks – $10.00

3 weeks – $20.00

After 3rd week – will be sent back to Sender to pick up within 24hrs; if not, item will be discarded

Seaborne Airlines reserves the right to inspect or reject a shipment of freight that will likely cause personal injury, violation of Hazardous Materials Regulations, damage to other freight, or equipment. C.O.D. service is not available.
